Privacy Policy

Crew Prime stores and processes the data needed to operate the app, including account data, roster data, parser and import metadata, income rule data, support requests, purchase entitlement status, and roster sharing permissions.

Data users provide

Roster files may contain flight sectors, duty times, crew names, aircraft details, notes, airport codes, and company-specific roster codes. Users may also create income rules, roster corrections, sharing preferences, support messages, and account profile information.

Data sources

Crew Prime organizes roster and logbook data from sources selected by the user, such as company roster files, calendar feeds, personal files, portal exports, or other supported imports. The level of detail shown in the app depends on the data available in those sources.

Local storage and cloud sync

The app stores roster and logbook data locally on the user's device. If cloud sync, backup, roster sharing, support, or subscription features are used, selected data may be stored in cloud services so those features can work across devices.

Credentials

Portal credentials are intended to remain on the user's device using secure device storage. Cloud services should store source and endpoint metadata, not raw portal passwords.

Roster sharing

Roster sharing is permission based. Shared roster views expose only fields allowed by the owner, such as duty type, route sectors, and duty time. Crew, income, notes, and sensitive details are not shared unless a specific feature explicitly supports and permits it.

Purchases

Subscription status may be processed through the applicable app store and RevenueCat so the app can unlock premium features, restore purchases, and keep entitlement status current.

Support

Support messages are stored so we can answer requests, investigate bugs, and improve the product. Users should not include unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.

Independent product notice

Crew Prime is independent and is not affiliated with any airline, employer, crew portal, payroll system, flight operations system, or aviation authority. Imported data depends on files, feeds, portal pages, and other sources provided or selected by the user.
