Terms of Service
Crew Prime helps pilots and crew members import roster data, manage flight records, review income calculations, and share selected roster information with approved contacts.
Independent product
User responsibility
Users are responsible for checking imported roster data, salary rules, income estimates, shared roster views, and exported reports before relying on them. For official roster changes, duty assignments, payroll, compliance, tax, and operational decisions, users should always rely on their airline, employer, or official company systems.
Permitted use
Users must only upload roster files, credentials, crew information, and personal data that they are allowed to use. The app must not be used to access another person's account, roster, files, or private information without permission.
Imported data and calculations
Roster imports, parsing, income calculations, exports, map views, and sharing features may contain mistakes if source files, company templates, calendar feeds, portal pages, or user rules are incomplete, outdated, or formatted differently than expected.
The app is a productivity tool and should not be used as the sole source for operational, payroll, tax, legal, regulatory, or safety decisions.
Subscriptions
Premium features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions handled by the applicable app store. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their app store account settings.
Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to maintain the product, improve reliability, comply with platform rules, or protect users and the service.
Abuse and suspension
We may suspend access if the service is abused, used unlawfully, used to harm other users, used to access data without permission, or used in a way that harms the platform.
